TradeSchool has been a transformative force for our training program at LUMA. Since LUMA Energy adopted TradeSchool in May 2022. Their system not only enhances our training program’s efficiency but also fosters a cohesive workflow within the team.
The creation of custom reports in TradeSchool has been instrumental for LUMA apprenticeship tracking, but my favorite part of the software is the tracking of emails and text messages directly onto apprentices’ records which removes almost all excuses for not following office directions, enhancing accountability in our students.
Lastly, I must say that the excellent support provided by the TradeSchool support team has been indispensable. Their responsive assistance ensures that our queries or concerns are promptly addressed.

TradeSchool has been an amazing eye opener in collecting, sorting, and enhancing documentation for a training program!! The most helpful area of TradeSchool has been the organization of the system, and how it allows you to pull various reports using different criteria sorters. It allows flexibility to set clear goals to achieve training program needs and assist with creating action plans. TradeSchool gives the training sponsor clear initiatives in access documentation for compliance, and I enjoy working within the program. However, you must use the information from the in-person training to maximize the program, and continue to attend training sessions on an annual basis. I rate the service as very exceptional and professional!
